great amenities but lacking some attention to detail
The indoor jacuzzi was a welcome retreat after a long day. I appreciated the beautiful garden view from our room which added a nice touch to our stay.
The room could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness to match the rest of the hotel.

The spa facilities were impressive, with a lovely pool and a gym that kept my kids entertained. We also loved our family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. The gardens offered a charming place to wander and play, perfect for family adventures.
My kids wished there were more activities tailored for families. A kids' club would make this spot even better!

The superb organic pulled pork at dinner stood out, making for a delightful dining experience. While the outdoor spa and nearby Surrey Hills offered beautiful scenery, the room was a letdown with thin walls that made for a noisy stay. the check-in process was chaotic and marred by unprofessional staff behavior, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place.

I was really impressed by the huge bedroom they upgraded me to, complete with two massive windows overlooking beautiful gardens. The spa and indoor pool looked really inviting, and I wish I had time to relax there. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but that didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Nice spa, but noisy nights
Had a decent stay for one night. The room was right next to the pool area, so it got kinda loud late at night. Also woke up to cold water in the shower on a chilly morning, not great! The spa treatments were awesome though. The bar area was cozy for a drink, but make sure you don’t get a noisy room.
